Community Vision:
The Meeting Immediate Human Needs Community Impact team envisions that everyone in our community has their basic needs met and is self-sufficient.
We strive to meet the following results:
- a reduced number of homeless people
- awareness of 2-1-1- Maine
- a decrease in the number of domestic violence incidences
- individuals and families can access and maintain housing and their basic needs of food, heat, and health are addressed
- urgent basic needs are responded to immediately
- programs are in place that teach financial stability
